Stephan Antoh is an “Of Counsel” in Tsedaqah Attorneys. Until recently, Stephan served as an Executive Director with Weston Group responsible for Legal and Corporate Strategy. He had also worked with Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah as an Associate where he was involved in some major transactions including initial public offerings, loan and equity investments.
He later joined First Atlantic Merchant Bank as a Legal Officer for a short stint. Stephan also worked one of the founding officials of First Capital, now a bank, as acting Head of Legal, Human Resource and Corporate Affairs initially. He set up all the three departments and was responsible for building the brand of First Capital Plus.
Mr. Antoh holds a Postgraduate LLB from the University of Ghana and BL from the Ghana School of Law and was admitted to the Ghana Bar Association in 2006. He has a passion for charity work and commits his time to New Horizon Special School which caters for children with Autism and other neurological conditions.
